Description of Process
There are some instances when excavation simply cannot be avoided and for reasons of safety, efficiency, and better project management Kembla has chosen to establish a civil works capability utilising our own personnel and equipment.

Our civil capabilities are wide ranging and are typically established to meet the specific needs of our clients.

Typical Applications

• Exposing of a dead end sewer,
• Exposing a buried inspection opening,
• Spot repair to a collapsed section of pipe etc.
• Removal of external drop pipes
• Access Chamber modifications

Equipment
Kembla has a fleet of backhoes, excavators and dump trucks manned by qualified and experienced personnel.  We have our own in-house licensed plumbers for pipe work reconnection and certification.

Available Sizes
Civil repairs can be undertaken on the full range of pipe diameters and depths.

Materials
A full range of approved pipes and fittings are used for civil works specific to the scope of the work.
